  1. WHERE THIS PRIVACY POLICY APPLIES

This Privacy Policy applies to the website https://www.linkbooster.pro/ (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”, “we”, “our” or “us”) together with its subdomains, Content, Marks and Services. For simplicity, we refer to all of these as our “services” in this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy describes our policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of your information when you use the Service and tells you about your privacy rights and how the law protects you.

We use your personal data to provide and improve the Site. By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you disagree herewith, please do not use the Site.

    2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect information from you when you (i) use https://www.linkbooster.pro/; (ii) register for an account on https://www.linkbooster.pro/.

You choose to give us certain information when using our Site. This includes:

o You will not be required to provide us any information when you visit our Site. However, in order to fully use our Site and make an order, you provide us with at least your e-mail. For the completion of the order, we may further collect your website and business information. Please note that we do not collect your name and surname, age, exact location and other personally identifiable information.

Thus, the majority of data collected is impersonated to the highest extent possible, and may not be considered personal within the meaning prescribed by any legislation as they do not allow to establish the personality of a particular individual user. However, we understand that some personal information might be shared with us (in particular, where e-mail contains any name details), and it will be treated as personal data.

o If you contact our customer support team, we collect the information you give us during the interaction. We might monitor or record these interactions for training purposes and to ensure a high quality of service.

Information collected when you use our Site

When you use our Site, we collect information about which features you’ve used, how you’ve used them and the devices you use to access our Site. See below for more details:

  • Usage and Device Information

Whenever you use our website, we may collect non-personally identifiable information from you, such as your Device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browsing history, search history, and registration history, interactions with the Site, usage information, location, referring URL, browser, operating system, data usage, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data, and Internet service provider.

When you access the Site by or through a mobile device, we may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser you use, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

    3. COOKIES AND OTHER SIMILAR DATA COLLECTION TECHNOLOGIES

We and our partners may use various technologies to collect and store information when you use our Site, and this may include using cookies and similar tracking technologies on our Website to analyze trends, administer the website, track users’ movements around the website, serve targeted advertisements, and gather demographic information about our user base as a whole.

We may use and may allow others to use cookies and similar technologies (e.g., web beacons, pixels) to recognize you and/or your device(s). We use them for the purposes of authenticating you, remembering your preferences and settings, analyzing site traffic and trends, delivering and measuring the effectiveness of our campaigns (in particular, link buiding and SEO campaigns). You can better control their use, through your browser settings and other tools.

Some web browsers (including Safari, Internet Explorer, Firefox and Chrome) have a “Do Not Track” (“DNT”) feature that tells a website that a user does not want to have his or her online activity tracked.  If a website that responds to a DNT signal receives a DNT signal, the browser can block that website from collecting certain information about the browser’s user.  Not all browsers offer a DNT option and DNT signals are not yet uniform.  For this reason, many businesses, including us, do not currently respond to DNT signals.

Please be aware, that if you disable the cookies that we use, this may impact your experience while on the Site, for example you may not be able to visit certain areas of the Site or you may not receive personalized content or information when you visit a Site.
